Hi, Fingering default location better to be just above the stave line, so they look neat and tidy.
and if user could set control + up or down, move them half sp, ti would be GOOD.

The "Assigned" field is for the programmer who wants to solve this in MuseScore's code, not the person who opened the issue. I'm assuming that you're not actually stepping up, so unassigning you.
This is how it will be in msot cases in https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4591, except with single notes in a multiple voice context here the recommendation is to keep them closer to the notehead.
