[Trunk] Tie created under note if clicked in note entry

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter crotchet.
4. Click 'Tie'.

Result: A tie is created underneath the note, which itself doesn't highlight visually and can't be heard during playback.

It actually creates a note behind the first one along with the tie. Move the first notehead and you will see the other one. Once you start playing around with those notes/ties, MS will crash.

(I thought I reported this a few months ago as an issue but sometimes I would put it out for discussion first.)

Isn't it the same result? Both make MS unusable, and you will eventually get the "Do you want to the close the app" message from Windows. (I work in IT diagnosing and fixing hardware/Windows and to me a crash and a hang are classified the same way).
