sheet transpose error in key signatures (left hand side)
when I transpose a sheet from E flat major to D flat major, the key signatures all wrong at the left hand side (lower keys)

Anyway, what's wrong about the key sig after the transpose? Looks OK to me:
Better use the forum for support requests and leave the issue tracker for (confirmed) bugs
The problem looks like it starts in measure 5. If that is the case then the problem is that you used the wrong F clef when you switched back from treble. You used the Baritone clef rather than the Bass clef, so the flats are on different lines.
Indeed, that's exactly the problem. Replace the erroneous clef and all is well.
