Plugin config not saved.
Something wierd here...
I was using an old nightly buld (5659), but I then downloaded a more recent nightly (MuseScoreNightly-2012-06-22-f18edb7).
I renamed the directory that I installed the old nightly to get it out the way, then unzipped the new nightly.
Now, in the new nightly I enable the plugins I want (from Edit | Preferences) and save it. After restarting MuseScore, there is still no plugins menu, so I can't access any plugins.
I have tried the "Reset to Default" button.
If I rename the new nightly to get it out the way, then try the old nightly, it works fine.
I'm using Vista 32-bit.
Perhaps it is not saving the cofig? However, the OSC control remembers that I have enabled it. It just seems to be the plugins that are not working.

Where is the config saved?
the entire plugin framework has been disabled in the nightly builds the last few weeks while they evaluate ways of replacing it with something more lightweight and hopefully better too - see for example #14877: [trunk] plugin framework missing from r5303.
