Bowing shortcuts have delayed response

1. Create a new score with a violin
2. Open preferences and add short cuts for "Toggle bow up" and "Toggle bow down"
3. Add at least 3 notes
4. Click the first note and press shortcut for bow up (nothing happens)
5. Click the next note and press shortcut for bow down (nothing happens)
6. Undo - Last note entered disappears and bow marks appear above the correct notes.
