Guitar tab does not copy properly when notes are in different voices
When copying over a guitar tab that has two notes playable on the same string, musescore ignores one of the notes on the tab and uses only the lower note (measure 1)
When this note is on a different string in first position the problem disappears and four notes appear in the tab (see measure 2)

Sorry, I missed the report so far.
The matter is not with the strings, but with voices: in your score the lowest note of each chord belongs to voice 2 (the other notes belong to voice 1): if you move it to voice 1 and copy to the TAB, all chord notes appear (the low D is given fret 5 on string 5).
Voices other than 1 are currently not actively supported in TAB's and may exhibit any kind of artifacts, if used. My plan is to add some support for voices (say, proper support for voices 1 and 2 only), but at a later stage.

No worries - the Guitar Tab feature still works very well and is a great feature to have in MuseScore 2.0.
