Volta, (1st and 2nd ending of repeats) get lost. Not the measures, just the volta sign above them
322bdba, Win XPpro SP3.
Sorry, no sample file I could share.

Comments

It is still quite important though. None of the other lines and articulations are as important as voltas, they IHMO are an integral part of repeats.

This should not go without stating how thankful I am for your work, esp. the recent Capelle Import improvements, it helped me a lot.

There is still an issue, when a volta spans more than one measure. The import attaches them to their first measure only.

And another minor issue: they lose the dot, so have a plain number like 1 or 2 rather than 1. or 2.

Yes, of course it is a bug. Will look at it, but cannot tell when ...

lasconic, thanks for the sample file. Could not start without it.

FWIW, the CAP file in my example here is opening correctly. The CAPX makes MuseScore crash.
@Jojo could you describe exactly the case where the volta is lost?

Indeed the .cap opens correctly. But it's 1st volta spans only one measure, the ones I saw failing had more than one, so it looks this is the wrong test case

Hmm, strange, even that works now?

Ah! I see now: export this as xml and import again -> voltas are shortened. So it seem more an xml im-/export problen than a capella import problem (except for the .cpax crash)

Explanation why I didn't spot that earlier: I used the nighly builds in batch mode to change some 300 .cap files into .xml (.mxl) and then 1.3 in batch mode to make them .mscz (I rather wanted to use the stable 1.3 for this large project of a 400 pages songbook ;-))

More investigation: it seems the xml export loses them, I imported an xml (prducued from an imported .cap in nightly build) in (a read only demo version of) Capella and they are too short there already.
