Bar rests are off-centre if notes in other staves of voices
1. Open attached score.
Result: Rests in the empty bars are off-centre.
Discussion: I'm sure if there's something special about this score that's causing it?
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (770b64b) - Mac 10.7.5.

Nothing special about this file. Find attached a simple test case.
Also check the Promanade example. Seems full measure rests are only centered if there are no notes in other stafes of that measure
