[MIDI Import] Notes and rests in 15/8 incorrectly processed
1. Open attached MSCZ (produced in 1.3).
2. 'Export...'.
3. Choose 'MIDI'.
4. 'Save'.
5. Open MIDI file.

The result is better, but the rests aren't dotted:

Should they be dotted? 15/8 is quite a particuliar time signature and beat grouping depend a lot of the style. For some pieces even the dotted 8th notes are not correct... It's not worth making a particular case for 15/8 IMHO.
Since 15 is divisible by 3 and 8 is, greater than 4, then according to quasi-standard definitions, this is a compound meter, grouped 3+3+3+3+3 by default, with beaming rules within each "big beat" the same as for any other compound meter.
To me, that means dotted quarter and dotted quarter rests for sure, dotted eighth *notes* probably (but possibly not, depending on context), dotted eight *rests* no.
