Objects don't disappear after delete. Screen Refresh/Reload?
When I click on objects to delete them sometimes they disappear immediately as they should, but sometimes they still appear on screen even though I know they are "gone" from the score. If I restart MS or reload it's fine, but I am wondering if there is a quicker way to deal with this, like a screen-refresh command.

As nobody else has said it, no there's no other way to deal with your issue. This is a known bug in MS 1.x, and _should_ be fixed in the upcoming 2.0.
But it is also not very common even in 1.3. If you have a specific *reproducible* case, then it is worth downloading a nightly build for 2.0 to see if it's still reproducible. Then if so, it could be fixed.
