Do you store your score on MuseScore.com (via 'Save Online) and load the scores to the tablet via MuseScore.com and if so do the titles look OK there?
If loading from MuseScore.org and they don't look OK there, you need to do the 'Save Online' again and there change the title in the upload dialog, or change the title on MuseScore.com directly.
Hmm, looking at the score you attached shows that this score has not been saved online.
But is also shows that the workTitle is still "Weißenberger Messe" and that movementTitle is empty, not sure that has anything to say in respect how it shows in the Songbook app.

Anyway: Issues with the Songbook app and MuseScore.com should get reported to support@musescore.com, or on https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android or https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-ios (they won't be handled via the issue tracker on musescore.org.
