[MusicXML] Import does not handle multiple notations elements

When a note in a MusicXML file contains multiple notations elements, only the last one is handled. For the file attached to #24195: MusicXML import issue: slur and barline-group, this leads to many slur issues, because in that case either slur start or slur stop is ignored.
