Slur in bottom staff affects articulations in top

1) open attached score
2) click first note in bottom staff
3) press S for slur
Result: slur is added on bottom staff, but also, the accent marks on the first two notes of the treble clef staff move up about 1sp for no apparent reason.

In a score with multiple staves, adding a slur in any one staff affects articulations in *all* staves. This is a regression against 1.3.
