Although they seem to be about fret marks, should they be separate?
I suspect the clef is the problem in Score 2.
My hunch is they are unrelated and should be separate.
#1 looks like a matter of the "mask" for the fret marks not scaling properly
#2 looks like a matter of not enough space being allocated for the "mask" for 2-digit fret numbers upon initial addition of the staff - but I note it corrects itself as soon as you do anything. You can recreate this from scratch - just create a score for guitar in standard notation, add some appropriately high notes, then go to Add / Instruments and add a linked tablature staff. You get the same effect. But doing anything that causes a re-layout (which is to say, any edit whatsoever, or a reload) fixes it. So I'd call this on "minor" in comparison to #1.
#2 also seems to be fixed apparently. But #1 is still active.
