concert pitch confuses parts
I'm attaching a score which includes several instrumented pitched differently, Oboe (C), Oboe d'amore (A), English Horn (F), Bassoon (C). The score also changes keys several times.
I've created parts for all the interesting instruments. This works great. But when I press the button to view the score in Concert Pitch, then try to look at the parts, I see it is confused. Lots of the notes are marked in red indicating the notes are outside the playable range of the instrument.
I'm currently using version 35b1b7a
But I'll soon be upgrading. I'll check it again in a newer version.

Duplicate of #18099: transposition info incorrect when switching between score and part?
Just verified that this is still a problem in the most recent version as of right now. d438623
Pretty sure it's a duplicate, but since the problem is kind of multi-faceted, maybe leave this open as an additional test case at least?
The original file is invalid now. I tried reproducing the problem in a score created from scratch, no success, so I am closing this on the assumption it was indeed a duplicate is now fixed,
