[MusicXML export] double fermata exporting note with both fermata and grace note

When exporting a note with a fermata and a grace note, both the grace and the normal note get a fermata. Happens on current master, but not on 2.2-dev. Test file attached.

Can't reproduce on current master. Only the normal note is getting the fermata on the export.

Ok, I'm attaching the example. Both pre and after graces are attached with fermata, very confusing, and in braille I have to manually remove them.
