I just used the factory reset on 2.1 version to fix an audio bug, but when i try to input keys from the keyboard, it doesn't detect it

WHich keyboard - your computer or MIDI? Also, please update to 2.2 and see if the problem persists. If so, then please provide more info, including about your keybaord, also what OS, and precise step by step instructions to reproduce the problem.
