The terms "bass oboe" and "baritone oboe" refer to the same instrument. From Wikipedia:
> "The instrument is known popularly as the "bass oboe" in the English language and "hautbois baryton" (baritone oboe) in French."
Therefore the instrument should be named "bass oboe" in the code, with appropriate translations provided for languages other than English (e.g. "hautbois baryton" in French).

For now I've fixed in in the tranlations for en_US, en_GB, de, fr and es. Translations need to get redone once above mentioned PR got merged.
Added to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/5063, should not cause major conflicts with https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4474
