When I tried to do the regroup rhythms option on a large score (19-part, 55 measure), the application crashed. However, if I do small pieces at a time, it works fine, it is just very tedious.

To duplicate, open a large score, with reasonably complex rhythms (syncopated eighth notes with triplets), and try to use the regroup rhythms option.

I have attached the score that I had this problem on.

Title "Regroup Rhythms" Crash - Musescore 2.3.1 - July 14th, 2018 "Regroup Rhythms" crashes the program if measures contain Measure repeat symbols
Severity S5 - Suggestion S2 - Critical

In fact, the issue is solved in your score by deleting (sorry) the flute, trumpet 2 and Horn F, which contain repeat measures symbols. With same steps (Ctrl + A -> Layout -> Regroup Rhythms), see: Man of Steel1.mscz

From scratch and a minimal score, you can observe the same thing when the 'repeat measure' symbol preceeds a "normal" measure.
See (same steps always): repeat.mscz

The reverse case ('repeat measure' symbol after a measure) does'nt arise problem: repeat1.mscz
