Attempting to copy a measure with a local time signature throws an error.

When I try to copy a measure with a local time signature it gives me the error "Please select the complete tuplet/tremolo and retry the command".

I've had a look around for a fix, and come across some similar issues, one of which mentioned that it had been fixed, but I'm using the latest version and am still getting this error. I also tried the 3.0 alpha and got the same problem.

This is a known limitation. There is no copying or pasting with local time signatures. Sorry.
