Since this commit, 9fb4549
to fix: #272441: Toolbar Editor: Toolbar duplication,
the Undo arrow (and so, Redo arrow too) changed of place in an unexpected and disturbing way.
You can customize this in View/Toolbars/Customize Toolbars.
By imagining that very few users will be aware of the possibility of customization (and its location), the default location should be as it has always been since all years and all versions (1x. and 2x.) of MuseScore, ie:

They switched places, right? To me, the current title of this issue suggests both of them were moved somewhere else altogether.
The previous order makes more sense, I agree. Should be easy to fix. :-)
