I have tried a few times to insert rehearsal markings using shortcut key (Ctrl+M) and it always crashes. Please fix. Thankyou.

I cannot reproduce here from a new score with : 96c1f7b

So, in order to check, please attach the score where occurs this issue. And by providing details where in the score you try to insert rehearsal marks.

Steps:

1) Default "Untitled" score
2) Enter notes and MM Rests
3) Select a mm rest (hightlighted) - image below
4) Ctrl + M, for inserting rehearsal mark
Result: crash
