Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Open "Copyright_and_Parts.mscz"
2) Open Dialog "Format -> Style"
3) Select "Text Styles" from list (lowest entry)
4) In Text list select "Footer" and set text size to say 20.
5) The text size in both the main score and the parts will now be 20.
6) Go into part "Soprano"
7) Repeat steps 2 to 4.
8) The copyright text size in parts will not change as a result of step 7 like it should.

Actually, I don't think the parts should have been updated at step 4-5 either - styles should be independent. And I note when I go to the Format / Style / Header, Footer or to Format / Style / Text Styles / Footer while viewing the part, it still claims to be 8pt but is being displayed as what I changed it to while viewing the score.

There's also #282035: Footer Text Position is Not Effected by Changes in Offset or Alignment Settings which may turn out to be related.

Affects header too.

Which make some sense, those 2 are the only ones dealing with marcos (like $:copyright: or $p, and I have the suspicion this is the underlying cause.
