I'm using the site with Firefox on Windows 10. I just created a new issue, attaching three files. None of the files are inserted in the text. I did not click Preview before clicking Save. The resulting issue had no files attached. I edited the post, reattached the three files, clicked Save, and now the files are in the post.

I am experiencing other such issues with image files I want to insert into an issue comment. The Preview window does not display the images unless I add extra newlines around them. The entire preview page is sized badly, the fields are not full width. Then when I save the issue comment, there are extra newlines in it that I cannot remove via editing the comment.

This issue is ongoing. If you try to post images in a comment to an existing thread, and press "Preview", the images do not appear (also using Firefox / Win 10).
