If I want a specific bar to show notes stemless, using the checkbox inside the "Measure properties" does not take effect immediately (in version 2.3.2 it did).
The stems remain visible until some other event produce the page to be redrawn.

fix #284501: Forces the bar to be redrawn if the 'stemless' or 'visible' checkboxes are changed
