Steps to reproduce bug:
1) Open sheet music with transposing instruments
2) Go to Format>Style>Score and select "Display in concert pitch"

Expected behavior: The score is transposed into concert pitch and the key signature is changed accordingly

Actual behavior: The score is transposed as expected but the key signature is not changed, instead every affected note is displayed as an accidental

This leads to the following interesting behavior:
When entering concert pitch mode using the Style menu, the key signature will not be changed. If you now exit again using the "Concert Pitch" Button in the top panel or keyboard shortcuts, the key signature will be "changed back," even though it never got changed in the first place. This creates more and more accidentals. To revert this you need to enter and exit concert pitch mode the other way around or keep doing it the same way around until you have fully cycled around the circle of fifths.

Confirmed. The key (sorry) is indeed using the style dialog, the toolbar button works correctly. Which is probably why no one has noticed this until now.
