Right-aligned rehearsal marks should align to barline
In MuseScore 2, right-aligned rehearsal marks aligned to the barline, thus keeping them to the left of chord symbols on the first beat of the measure. Now, the rehearsal mark aligns with the right edge of that first note, so it ends up getting placed above the chord symbol (due to autoplace) rather than to the left.
I recall some amount of back and forth on alignment of rehearsal marks, so we need to look over the history here and be sure if we change something here it doesn't break someone else's use case. If for whatever reason we decide to keep right aligned rehearsal marks on the chordrest itself, then the Jazz templates could do with a negative horizontal offset, to regain the 2.3.2 behavior where they default to just left of barline.
