This is a screenshot of this issue. It shows that the section "Arpeggios & Glissandos" in the palette showing an original string instead of the translated one.
This doesn't only happen in ZH-hans Chinese but also in JP Japanese, which most part has been translated.
This string was normal before 3.1beta.
Note: I am one of the translator. I'm sure I have done the translation thoroughly.

Comments
I looked in Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Russian and found it untraslated there also. I know it was translated to Spanish in transifex.
Might be a mistake in the workspace files, that string changed to "Arpeggios && Glissandi" recently, but i guess i had forgotten to change the workspace files too
Indeed a mistake in the Advanced workspace, I'll add the fix to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/5063
Looks correct in the master palette and is not in the Basic palette
