Project
1) New score
2) Enter two tied notes (e.g. N→ A → + →Esc)
3) Move any note (or both of them) to voice 2.
4) Undo 2 times.
First unexpected result: a tie is drawn where it shouldn't be:
5) Try to add another note (click anywhere with mouse or press e.g. Shift + E on a keyboard).
Result: crash
Tested on:
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.0., revision: 53a5bfa
Not sure whether is should be considered a regression, in previous versions it wasn't possible to move a tied note to another voice at all. Still technically this scenario won't produce crash in version 3.1.
Fix version
3.2.0

I am using the latest version with windows 7 and am still experiencing the bug mentionned in the title. Is there a way to fix this ? Thank you.
I can't reproduce using those steps. Are you sure you are using the same steps, starting from an empty score? If not, can you please attach the score you are seeing it with, and give us precise steps to reproduce the problem?
