As you see, the fingerings are very close to the staccatos. They does so to other articulations as well. The only way to solve this is to position it manually.

Indeed, due to the very special handling for these element types, fingerings, slurs, and articulations can only avoid each other to a limited extent. It's something we can hopefully take a look at at some future point, to see if there is another way to handle these.
BTW, it's only with staccato and tenuto where fingering doesn't get placed as expected, because of the special handling of those particular articulations.
