[Accessibility] - More clear description of palette objects
Today, when I brose the line palette, I found a problem, which is then checked for other palettes. There are lots of items with different variations, but the descriptions are all the same. E.g., there are 6 lines all named "pedal", and as a blind, I can't distinguish them at all. With my mother's help, I made the following, which can be a start point for all other objects such as arpeggios. These 6 pedal lines should be:
1. pedal symbols and line
2,. pedal symbols only
3. pedal bracket hooks both sides vertical
4. pedal bracket hooks right side slanted
5. pedal bracket hooks both sides slanted
6. pedal bracket hooks left side slanted
For other things like arpeggios, stating clearly up, down, arrow, guitar or other types. This will help both blind musicians and amateurs to correctly read and input the corresponding symbols and lines.

This relates also to #301584: Palettes: give all elements unique names, and is to some extent a duplicate, except I don't know that the solution proposed in that issue goes far enough. Or maybe it does. Anyhow, I do recommend you check that out and comment there.
Yes, a duplication, sorry for this, I didn't find that one. PR has been created, so I'm waiting for the final solution.
