It appears you are having some sort of trouble using MsueScore, but it isn't clear what. please ask for help in the Support forum, either the version for your language, or in English in the English forum Include a precise description of the problem so we can understand and assist better.
You simply forgot to change the pitch of the 6th string (D2 instead the default E2) in the String Data - see picture below (and your score, rectified: Preludio No. 1.mscz )
As said, in the future, please post on the Support forum first. Reading the handbook, Tablature section, eg, https://musescore.org/en/handbook/tablature#edit-string-data, may also be useful :)
