Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a score with two staves.
2. Make one staff small.
3. Enter notes with fractional beams.

Expected behavior:
Fractional beams on the small staff should be the length of a notehead.

Actual behavior:
They are the same length as on the normal staff, i.e. not scaled down.
