Add horizontal frame before bar 21
I know I did it before but I cannot figure it out now.
I want to add a small space before bar 21 so that I can move the "2x" instruction into that space before the bar.

I tried that.
When I do that, it inserts at the end of the previous staff.

I have found out why.
The first 4 bars naturally filled the first system so when I set the system breaks, I started at bar 5.
To solve this I added a system break at the end of the 4th bar.
It now works.
