Element disappears from palette

I created a custom palette, but when I drag the "right (end) repeat sign" to my score, it sometimes disappears from the palette (leaving an "empty" space). I can't drag the element from the original "barlines" palette to my custom palette or delete the "empty" space.

There is indeed a rare issue where under certain conditions no one has yet been able to identify, this can happen. It fixes itself on restart. If you ever figure the precise conditions that lead to this, be sure to followup in https://musescore.org/en/node/342019 so that someone else can try to confirm.

I think I discovered the issue. It happens if you drag the element too quickly from the palette, and it only happens to the first element within the palette. I believe it happens because "enable editing" is active by default (if you click the "..." from each palette, you can deactivate it). Resetting the palette then deactivating "enable editing" seems to prevent this from happening. See my post in https://musescore.org/en/node/342019 for more information.
