Error when opening Beta

When I open MuseScore 2.0 I get error like this:This Application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
What I can do now?

First of all
Please follow the runtime instructions:

* If you experience a crash on startup, revert to factory settings by running MuseScore
with the =F flag (nightly.exe -F) or
via the batch file special/revertToFactorySettings.bat.

If you have no success
Describe your OS and MuseScore release
