Transpose doesn't update display (0.9.6 regression)

1. Open or create score with notes, key changes, and chords
2. Edit > Select All
3. Notes > Transpose
4. Up or down a few semitones; check transpose keys, check transpose chords
5. Press "OK"

Expected behavior: Score should display in transposed pitches

Actual behavior: Score displays in original key

Workaround: Edit > Select All seems to update the display
