Repeats (Segno, Coda, etc.) don't replicate to parts created later, except the top staff

Coda and Segno don't replicate to parts created later
Same for other elements from the Repeats palette

1) Open this file: test file.mscz

2) Generate parts

Result: except the top staff, the repeat signs are not propagated into the parts.

After checking, this issue appears between this Nightly:

- on August 5 : 2f8b654
on 2f8b654 August 5.jpg

With this result, correct:
Part on 2f8b654 August 5.jpg

- and this one, on August 6 : 88b44cd

With this result, wrong, into parts.
Part on 88b44cd August 6.jpg
