Custom key signature crashes on add measures

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a new score with about 12 measures or less (so that they fit on one line)
2. Create a custom key signature and drag it to the first measure of the piece
3. Add measures (Ctrl + B) until they flow over into the next line

When MuseScore tries to add the first measure of a new line it crashes.
