When I transpose, many of the stem directions are incorrect - up instead of down etc.
I am usually working with files created by earlier versions of Musescore so this may not be a problem with new files. Version 2.0 RC and 2.0 Beta
Can you attach a score here? And tell exactly what you do or did to it?
Are these stems set to auto (stem direction for the chord in in inspector), or to up/down? If the latter: change to auto and close this as 'by design'...
And note this would be expected if for some reason you had "locked" stems into their current position, such as by using rhe "X" command to flip stems, even if you then flipped them back. Also, files originally imported from MusicXML often have their stem positions locked. Selecting all notes (select all, hit Notes in Inspector) then resetting stem directions to Auto would fix that.
