Did you try downloading it in the first few hours of it becoming available? There was an issue with the soundfont that was fixed very quickly. So reinstalling would fix that. Or simply switching to another soundfont. "Revert to factory settings" as described in the Handbook would help if you have bad program settings for some reason. And rebooting is often useful as other processes can be hogging the CPU / RAM.
If that does not solve your problem, please start a thread on the Support forum and post the specific score you are having problems with and precise step by step instructions to reproduce the problem.
