[trunk] Palette items added to full score not reflected in part

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open "bach-bc2.mscx" demo
2. Drag an item onto the trumpet part from one of the following palettes: Key Signature, Time Signatures, Bar Lines, Lines, including Arpeggio & Glissando, Breath & Pauses, Dynamics, Fingering, Note Heads, Tremolos, Falls & Doits, Repeats, Beam Properties, Symbols
3. Switch to the trumpet part

Expected behavior: Item you added in step 2 should appear in the trumpet part

Actual behavior: Item added in step 2 does not appear in the trumpet part.

Discussion: All but cosmetic changes should be synchronized between the full score and the parts. I did not include "Breaks and Spacers" in the list of palettes (step 2 above) since it is a cosmetic change. Other palettes such as "Grace Notes", "Clefs", and "Articulations and Ornaments" already work as expected. I'm not sure what the "Layout Changes" palette does so I didn't include it (possibly it is cosmetic?).
