If there is a particular score where you are are having problems with playback, please post the specific score and precise instructions on how to reproduce the problem. Also say if you have changed from the default soundfont to something else, and say what OS you are on (the screenshot looks maybe like some version of Windows). Also be sure to not be doing anything demanding in the background while using playback.

When using brass section on keyboard staff, the sound get's dirtier as the beat goes on. I had to switch to synth brass to get clean sound.
upgrade to 2.0.2 and check if the bug still exists; try obtaining some help on the forums.
