REGRESSION-TAB: vert. pos. of value symbols does not follow score scale
Context: commit 17f5efb98 (2015-09-22) self-compiled under Linux Mint 17.2, Qt lib 5.3. The issue is not present in ver. 2.0.2
Steps:
1) Open or create a score with a TAB staff, with "Note value | Shown as" set at "Note symbols" (a sample score is attached)
2) Note the distance between the note symbols and the staff top
3) Change the "Layout... | Page Settings | Staff Space", for instance halving it
Result: the distance of the note symbols from the staff top is not halved, but remains approx. the same.
Example:
Staff space = 1.764mm (default)
Staff space = 0.882mm

I note a change on August 17
- Result on this Nightly: 0391880 on August 15 (the last of this day): as expected (staff space: 0,964mm)

- But unexpected resultat - same staff space, 0,964mm - on August 17 (no commits on August 16), with this one: 5561dd0 (second commit of the day)

This issue #79466: REGRESSION-TAB: vert. pos. of value symbols does not follow score scale is not related with this one (for Tabs, with scale in staff properties) reported here: https://musescore.org/en/node/79401, and which goes back since more a year.
I fill soon a new issue for that.

The vertical position of value symbols in TAB set for "Note values | Shonw as" at "Note symbols" does not change proportionally when the global score scale changes, but remains approx. the same.
