Acc Discant dots cannot be selected after moving them inside acc discant symbol

What to do to reproduce:
- Drag a acc discant symbol above a staff
- Drag a acc dot symbol onto the discant symbol
- Double-click the dot to enter edit mode, use cursor keys to move it somewhere inside the symbol
- Click somewhere else
- Try to select the dot again :)

Maybe this is a more general problem, since it can be tricky to select something which becomes hidden behind something, like the first note of the right hand staff in the attached file (see the first note in the right hand score in the attached file), maybe a solution could be to select the next possible/hidden item when clicking on an already selected item.

Tested in Musescore 1.0 in Win7 and trunk in Ubuntu.
