Simplified case from the one reported in https://musescore.org/en/node/308690

1) default empty score
2) add end repeat to bar 1
3) play from beginning - result is as expected
4) switch to continuous view
5) play

Result: repeat is not taken. And repeat playback remains broken upon switching back to page view.

Comments

I get the same bug in Single Page View when the “Pan score automatically“ button is pressed.
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.0, revision: 43c5553

Repeats and jumps in all scores that were saved in previous versions are completely ignored now in all views, not just in continuous view. Very bad.

What I believe you will find is that while the problem occurs when entering continuous view and remains after switching to page view, you can at least fix it in page view by toggling the repeats button off then back on.

Just FYI: I know repeats suppose to be fixed in 3.5.1, but I just want to let you know that repeats MORE than 1 do not work in page view either. Ex. You have repeats 1.2.3., then it supposed to go to the second Volta for repeat 4. It will only repeat once, then the music ends. It never goes to the second volta. Oddly, if you have only one repeat, it repeats then it DOES go to the second volta.
This is on the latest 3.5 nightly build.
