OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4838, revision: a1152b9
Steps:
1) Load eg any jazz template (with system every 4 measures):
So: Jazz template.mscz
2) Format -> Page Settings
3) Change the value (eg for 4 or other) of "First page number"
4) Apply
Result: nothing on your score
(ie subsequent pages numbers don't update, despite Navigator displays the change)
5) Ok
Result: nothing
