For dynamics, in the Inspector, the "Velocity change" spinner is not working properly. Clicking on an arrow only changes the value one unit at a time: holding down the arrow has no effect.

Comments
Is it a regression in 3.1, did this work previously?
Same in 3.0.5. And 2.x didn't have that setting
But see also #278530: Spinners don't have repeat function: only single-click - I think that is describing the same issue for other settings? As far as I can tell, it applies to any value that starts at the style default, but then after you click once and t is no longer at the default, it behaves normally. I think, kind of hard to pin down.
This is slightly different. Even after you click the arrow once then click again, you cannot get the value to change continuously: only one step at a time.
OK, I see what you mean, this aspect seems unique to the new "Velocity change" setting for dynamics in 3.1. Probably still a related underlying cause, but we'll keep this open separately.
