Title [MusicXML export] layout break not exported ⇒ [MusicXML export] breaks in horizontal frames not exported

Further investigation shows the actual issue that the current MuseScore does not export breaks to MusicXML if the break is in a horizontal frame. This applies to all breaks (system, page and section).
