OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.0.13199, revision: 43c5553
- Open the attached file. Observe that the pairs of acciaccaturas have developed two slashes in error, rather than one.
- Make any change to the score: move a note up then down, for example.
Result: The extra slash disappears in every pair of acciaccaturas. - Save then reload the score.
Result: The extra slashes reappear.

Oops.
Open the attached score. Note the first measure—in which all the acciaccatura beams have been previously reduced in height. There is now a slash through each note. The other measures are not affected because no beam height adjustments were made.
A temporary workaround (lasts only for the session) is to make, then undo, a global change to the score (e.g. min. note distance), generate a pdf etc.
I can reproduce from scratch:
1) add two acciaccaturas to a note
2) adjust the beam
3) save
4) close
5) reload
The problem seems to only occur on the initial load and not any subsequent layout.

Issue seems to occur in all 3.x version, so no regression.
